An excellent cool summer with cold nights in February has delivered Riesling with bright citrus and mineral characters and good intensity. Careful, selective hand pickings and whole bunch pressing is used to minimize phenolic characters, maximise fruit expression, and aid in bottle development. Old vine material increases quality both in terms of regional character and flavour concentration.
