
Made from old vine fruit grown at the Gap vineyard, thiswine is made sweet by natural desiccation of the fruit on the vine. Only one cordonarm is cut, leaving half the grapes to dry in the warm Autumn weather, the otherhalf sweetens as a natural late harvest. Together, the combination affords the winefreshness and sweet concentration, as terrific dessert style with a promising future.

Colour: Golden straw
Nose: Apricot and lemon sorbet characters, with hints of grapefruit and passionfruit
Palate: Bright and sweet, layered with green and orange citrus, long with mineral acidity and a long finish
