Tasting Notes

Deep garnet
Mulberry, blackberry, dried herbs & dried flowers.
Eucalyptus, liquorice, black fruits, and a lick of vanilla. Tertiary characters are beginning to develop, dried herbs and hints of leather, however, the tannin and acid structure continue to carry the flavours giving this wine plenty of life yet!
Excellent drinking now but will continue to age for 10+ years.
