Tasting Notes

Salmon with pink hues.
Intense spiced cherry, savoury, perfumes of rose and blossom.
Vibrant cherry, strawberries and cream, laced with subtle spices of clove. Savoury, textural mid-palate with a refreshing line of acid across the palate, balancing the wine against the dusty, powdery tannins. Drink now.

This fruit was hand harvest and pressed to stainless steel tank where it saw a slow, cool fermentation to preserve aroma and flavour.
