Shiraz from our iconic Langi Old Block combines with relatively new Grenache plantings to create this medium bodied red blend, perfect to be enjoyed with food. Aromas of raspberry confectionary and cherries combine with liquorice and a fruit richness that develops to a savoury finish.

Shiraz underwent whole bunch fermentation in open fermenters, including some Pigeage (treaded by foot). The Grenache was fermented as whole berry. Both wines were aged 100% French oak and aged for 15 months. |
