Tasting Notes

Bright straw with a golden hue.
Perfumed nose of white florals, pear and honeydew.
Crunchy, fresh and varietal. This wine delivers a core of luscious pear and stone fruits, intertwined with fragrant florals and spice. Flowing, generous palate with chalky acidity that provides a persistent finish. Drink now until 2022.

Pressed to stainless steel tanks, racked off hard solids for a cold, slow fermentation to retain aromatics.

Professional Reviews

The cool Grampians climate gives pinot gris the drive that it misses in warmer regions. Nashi pear aromas surge out as the glass is swirled and the range of flavours intensify on the palate and finish. Grapefruit zest, nashi pear and minerally acidity come into play.
