Tasting Notes

Pale straw with a vibrant green apple tinge.
Florals and spice, layered with citrus and stone fruits.
An undoubtedly Mount Langi Ghiran Riesling with mixed citrus fruit across the palate. White florals, citrus and minerals add further complexity. The fine acid structure completes this wine, delivering balance and length.

This fruit was hand harvest and pressed to stainless steel tank where it saw a slow, cool fermentation to preserve aroma and flavour. The 2020 vintage saw low crop levels in our vineyard with concentrated flavours and natural acidity throughout the season. Harvested in early March, our Cliff Edge Riesling is a wine that shows great varietal and regional qualities.

Professional Reviews

In keeping with the Cliff Edge style which promotes delicacy, firm acidity and the potential for bottle age. Pretty aromatic spring flowers, grapefruit pith and green apple aromas. Zesty across the palate with a lemon sherbet brightness.
