Tasting Notes

Clear, pale, straw with a rose-gold hue.
Citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit, lemon blossom and pears.
Red apple and green pear complemented by a spicy undertone and a crisp finish.
Drink now or within 2-3 years to enjoy this wine at its most fresh.


Fermentation method: 60% pressed to tank and fermented cool to retain freshness. 40% pressed to used French oak to add complexity and texture.
