The fruit for our Blanc de Blancs is sourced from our Chardonnay block at Mount Langi Ghiran, planted in 1985. This east facing slope is comprised of granite soils, which when combined with the coolness of the site, delivers an acidity so natural and pure. Two and a half years on lees in bottle adds the hint of brioche. Dosage has been kept to a minimum to maximise the crisp and clean finish. The result is a vibrant, zesty wine of Lemon and yellow apple notes.

Pretty aromas of lemon, white flowers, bath salts and sweet biscuit. Creamy, textured and layered in flavour. There's a drive of citrus, nuts and stone fruit and there's some punchy acidity to finish it off.
