2021 Talus Shiraz
Nestled in the foothills of the 400-million-year-old granite massif is Mount Langi Ghiran. Over time, the forces of Mother Nature have cast rock fragments to the base of the mountain creating a formation we know as Talus.
The Talus range is an expression of the unique soils at Mount Langi Ghiran, reflecting our intimate knowledge of vine, soil and mountain. The 2021 Talus Shiraz showcases complex tannins and elegant dark fruit as a result of our aged vines and Grampians cool climate.

2021 was another relatively mild year in terms of temperatures, allowing for above average yields, of high-quality fruit. Ripening was drawn out, resulting in loads of spice and a full basket of fruit flavours. Our Talus Shiraz from this year demonstrates great spice, elegant tannins and a firm acid drive |
