This Shiraz is sourced from a block, known as ‘Kneebones’ from our Hollows vineyard, situated on the northern slopes of Mount Langi Ghiran. In 2006 four separate wines were made from this block using various oak and winemaking techniques; this one using American oak.

Tasting Notes

Coconut and vanilla with traits of the American oak.
Mocha notes mingled with black forest fruits, framed by aniseed, juniper berries and a hint of truffle. Ripe/rich red stewed fruits with hints of leather and earth starting to creep in.
