Deliveries
All Australian orders are delivered via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes vary from state to state. Victorians can expect deliveries within 3 – 5 business days, whilst all other states can expect delivery within 5 – 10 business days.
Returns
All wines delivered to you by Mount Langi Ghiran are covered by our quality guarantee. On the rare occasion that this is compromised, we may accept returns provided you contact us within 30 days of the delivery with your order information. You’ll be required to return the goods via Australia Post in acceptable order and packed in their original packaging.
Refunds
Upon the receipt of your returned goods in acceptable order, Mount Langi Ghiran will issue a refund or replacement of the goods. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used to complete the original purchase.
