This Shiraz is sourced from a block, known as ‘Kneebones’ from our Hollows vineyard, situated on the northern slopes of Mount Langi Ghiran. In 2006 four separate wines were made from this block using various oak and winemaking techniques; this one using a mix with a Viognier grape.

Tasting Notes

The perfumed floral nose can be attributed to the portion of Viognier in this Shiraz.
The palate is youthful and round, with a core of vibrant red fruit and savoury tannins. Dark fruit leather, black cherries, stewed plums and baking spice.
