2020 Mount Langi Ghiran Blanc de Blancs
The fruit for our Blanc de Blancs is sourced from our Chardonnay block at Mount Langi Ghiran, planted in 1985. This east facing slope is comprised of granite soils, which when combined with the coolness of the site, delivers an acidity so natural and pure. Three years on yeast lees before disgorging creates another layer of texture and aromas, providing the palate with a subtle creaminess. The result is a vibrant, zesty wine of granny smith apples and citrus.
