After a wetter than usual growing season, the new year brought sunshine and the vines flourished. The Shiraz from our partnering vineyards was clean and ripe, contributing to a stunning 2023 Billi Billi Shiraz. |

A multi-regional Victorian blend which still manages to boast a strong black pepperiness à la Grampians. It's an inviting signature move and a Billi Billi trademark. Black pepper, aniseed, licorice and black berries, plums and spice meld and move with energy in the glass. Easy drinking all the way. Fab price, too.

A bright as a button cheery medium-bodied shiraz that pleads for immediate drinking while all the vibrant and lively youthful fruit flavours are dominant. Engages immediately with spicy bright plum and light mocha aroma. The palate reveals a spicey dark plum flavour supported by fine tannins and a light touch of oak.
