Here is a quintessential cool-climate Shiraz from the Grampians region in Victoria. It’s fragrant, highly scented, and slightly spicy—everything you want from this style. Dig into the palate and deeper, darker black fruits emerge, presenting with richness and good fruit concentration. It floats and extends effortlessly to a long finish. A beautiful wine for current drinking, but a little cellaring certainly wouldn’t do it any harm.
