Pressed to tank, fermented cool, a smaller ferment arrested early, leaving natural grape sugars for an off-dry style with 45g/L RS. So pretty, so aromatic and so ready to be opened and enjoyed – cue the Pad Thai. Spring florals and citrus blossom arrive with lifted citrus, spiced apple and pear. Boasts a smooth and supple texture, lightly spiced flavours with a gentle sweetness brightened in lively acidity. Lots to like and enjoy here.
