NV Langi Pedro Ximenez

The Pedro Ximenez grape is fast disappearing from the vineyard landscape in Australia, this is our small contribution to revive interest in this variety and the evocative wine that it produces.  We have focused on the slow development of a rich and unctuous style that showcases the unique combination of dates & marmalade found in Pedro Ximenez wines. Now after maturing quietly in the back of our cellar and letting time work its magic we invite you to try our take on this wonderfully sticky fortified wine!
