Marketing and Opt In

Your details remain yours and may only be shared with our representatives for the purposes of communicating Mount Langi Ghiran offers only. They will NOT be sold or rented to any other companies.

Gift Voucher Policy
Gift vouchers are redeemable for purchases online as well as at our cellar door. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase. Gift vouchers must be redeemed by the expiry date. Expired gift vouchers hold no value and cannot be extended. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Vintage Rolls & Product Availability
We cannot guarantee the availability of all products on the website. In the event that a product is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange replacement or provide an equivalent replacement ie. updated vintage of the same product. We cannot guarantee the availability of vintages and might roll over to a new vintage. In the event an updated vintage is not possible the closest available varietal may be substituted. All goods are offered subject to availability.

Delivery area
The delivery address that is nominated needs to be within a location that Rathbone Wine Group (and any of its subsidiary wineries) provide a delivery service. Please see the below list of postcodes Rathbone Wine Group do not deliver to and will request a new postal address.

Due to Australian Law, the Rathbone Wine Group cannot leave parcels at the door unattended. This is because our parcels contain alcohol and therefore require a person over the age of 18 to sign for and accept. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may occur.

Receipt of Goods
Delivery can be accepted and signed by anyone at the delivery address who are presumed to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf. Proof of identification and evidence of proof of age may be requested to verify identity and proof of age that the person is aged eighteen years or over. The goods will not be delivered to a person under the age of eighteen years.

Mount Langi Ghiran Langi Shiraz Giveaway | Terms & Conditions

Legal Entity
“Mount Langi Ghiran” refers to the company Mount Langi Ghiran Pty Ltd, a registered and recognised entity under Australian law.

Eligibility
1.1. This competition is open to individuals who are residents of Australia and are aged 18 years and above at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees, agents, family members, trade partners, trade customers, and current or former members of the Mount Langi Ghiran Family are not eligible to participate.

Entry
2.1. One entry per person is permitted.
2.2. Only individuals who are not already members of the Mount Langi Ghiran Family may enter.

Prize Details
3.1. The prize, valued at $1,260, consists of:
– 6 x 2021 Langi Shiraz (750ml bottles)
3.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or substituted by the winner.
3.3. Entrants acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for any expenses incurred outside the prize package.

Winner Selection
4.1. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The decision is final and binding.
4.2. Mount Langi Ghiran reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or is found to be fraudulent.
4.3. The winner will be notified by email on Tuesday, 21 October 2025.
4.4. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize by 15 June 2025, Mount Langi Ghiran reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
5.1. By entering this competition, entrants indicate their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5.2. All entrants agree to be contacted by Mount Langi Ghiran for marketing purposes and may unsubscribe at any time. However, entrants must be active members of the Mount Langi Ghiran Family at the time of the prize draw.

Governing Law
6.1. The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by Australian law.
6.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Publicity
7.1. The winner’s name and image will not be used in any publicity material related to this competition.

Data Protection
8.1. Any personal data relating to the winner or other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation.
8.2. Personal data will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

No Association with Social Networks
