This Shiraz is sourced from a block, known as ‘Kneebones’ from our Hollows vineyard, situated on the northern slopes of Mount Langi Ghiran. In 2006 four separate wines were made from this block using various oak and winemaking techniques; this one using a Whole Bunch method.
